Shipping

All in stock products ship within one business day of your order. If a product is out of stock, this will be indicated on the product's Availability page, with an estimated shipping date. This shipping date is subject to change. If you have a trip coming up and need the bag by a specific date, e-mail us and we will give the order extra attention.

Domestic Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS. Our distribution center is in Massachusetts, so UPS Ground will reach most East Coast destinations (including Boston and New York City) within one business day. The charge for UPS Ground varies from $8.00 to $14.00 for one bag, and increases with the weight of the shipment. Next Day Air Saver and Second Day Air are available for additional charges. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

APO Addresses: We ship to APO addresses using USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipping: At this time we ship to the US only. Canadian and UK customers can order directly from our partners Eureca.ca and John Jordan Ltd.!

Delivery Times: UPS Ground transit time depends on the destination. To find out more, consult UPS Worldwide Delivery Times. (The origin city is Easthampton, MA, postal code 01060).

Air Shipments: If you select Next Day shipping, this means the package will be delivered one business day after UPS picks it up. The same logic applies to 2nd Day shipping. Please contact us if you need further clarification on this.
