Most of our bags are custom built and will ship within 3-4 weeks. In stock (non custom) products ship within one business day of your order. If you have a trip coming up and need the bag by a specific date, contact us and we will give the order extra attention.
Domestic Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS. from our warehouse in Boulder, Colorado. The charge for UPS Ground varies from $8.00 to $14.00 for one bag, and increases with the weight of the shipment. Next Day Air Saver and Second Day Air are available for additional charges. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
International Shipping: We ship international orders via USPS Express Mail. Generally this will range between $30 -$60 plus any duties/taxes due when the package is delivered. We'd be happy to quote an exact cost - just contact us for this.

Air Shipments: If you select Next Day shipping, this means the package will be delivered one business day after UPS picks it up. The same logic applies to 2nd Day shipping. Please contact us if you need further clarification on this.
