We want you to be 100% satisfied with your bag. You can return it within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked.

Please make sure the product is in good condition when it is sent back to us -- in other words, don't let your cat use it as a bed, or fold the bag in half to get it into a box that's too small. We do not charge restocking fees of any kind. However, shipping charges are not refunded.

Include your order number when returning products to us. It is important that you ship the product to us in a way that can be tracked, such as UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. We do not recommend USPS. Once your product is received, a credit will be issued in approximately 3-4 weeks.
