Repairs

All products are covered under our Lifetime Warranty.

If you are in the US and experience a defect with the bag within 30 days, it qualifies for an Advance Exchange. We will send you a new replacement bag with a UPS label to send the defective product back. There is no cost for this service -- we pay for shipping the old bag back to us, and shipping the new bag to you. Just e-mail us for details.

The product is required to be clean when it is sent to us. Please include a note describing the problem, as well as your current shipping address. If your product is covered under warranty, it will be repaired and sent back to you at no charge. Customers with non-warranty repairs will receive a price quote before any work is done to the bag.

It is very important that you send the package to us in a way that can be tracked, such as UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. We cannot be responsible for bags that do not reach our facility. Repairs are generally returned within 4-6 weeks.
