"I just wanted to say that this has been the best bag I have ever had. It handles my 15" Powerbook laptop with ease, has plenty of pockets for the little things I'm always carrying around, and stands up to a lot of abuse. I've had the pack for more than a year now, and unlike other bags, the straps have held up and stayed attached to the body of the bag. This was not true of my last two bags; they lasted less than 6 months before the straps started to tear. I've been able to take my bag on hikes, on plane flights, bike riding, in the car, and on the metro for weekend trips. Thanks for all your thought in making this bag; it was worth every penny!"

The construction seems like it will be able to withstand years of use, and still protect your investment. The seams appear to be very strong and sturdy enough to last quite a while, they have no 'give' to them if you try and pull them apart, very well done. Q. Will my laptop fit in the Zoom?
A. To answer this question, you need to know the correct Boot size for your laptop (see below).

Q. What is a Boot and why do I need it?
A. The Boot is a padded, removable sleeve that secures your laptop inside the pack. It is essential for full laptop protection and is available in 8 different sizes.

Q. How do I know which Boot size will fit my laptop?
A. Check the specs on the Boot page or (even better) use our awesome bag finder.

Q. I already have a Boot, or don't need one. Can I purchase the Zoom without it?
A. Yes, after you click the 'Buy' button, skip the step where it asks for the Boot size. The price of the pack without the Boot is $90.00.

Q. I clicked on the 'Buy' button but nothing happened. What's up?
A. You must select a color first.

Q. Do you have any other colors?
A. No, but we'll be happy to hear about any color suggestions you have!

Q. What is the difference between the Zoom and the Fuse?
A. The Fuse is deeper, which enables it to carry more books and other large items. The Fuse also has a sternum (chest) strap for more comfort. For a detailed comparison, go to our Compare Packs page.
